Uploading stock levels back to the online marketplace is one of the features Tradebox One offers, allowing you to keep levels synchronised and avoid overselling. However stock upload doesn't happen automatically; there are a number of different settings and checks in place to make sure we're passing the right quantity to the right place whatever your configuration. Or to put it another way, a lot of potential points of failure.
Where stock upload isn't working as intended, it can be hard to know where to start looking for the problem. The below flowchart covers the process that Tradebox follows starting from when (or if) a stock upload will be attempted right through to passing the value to the online marketplace. To find the source of the problem, take an example product that hasn't uploaded or has uploaded with an unexpected value, and follow the chart through, making the same checks that your Tradebox software is. If you're not sure what any of the checks refer to, contact Tradebox Support for clarification.
