Ticketing System

When you participate in any beta testing with us we will ask you to report issues, or make suggestions, by creating and submitting a ticket. This allows us to document the problem/suggestion and start working on a resolution or answer straight away. It also allows us to pass the ticket backwards and forwards to gain more information and transparently shows who is in possession of the ticket and how long they have had it.
