Ticketing System

The ticketing system allows users to transparently communicate with Tradebox Customer Services and report issues or make suggestions. The ticketing system allows us to document the problem/suggestion and start working on a resolution or answer straight away. It also allows us to pass the ticket backwards and forwards to gain more information and transparently shows who is in possession of the ticket and how long they have had it.
