Tradebox use the latest version of TeamViewer to provide remote support. This allows us to remotely dial into your PC and observe the issue you are experiencing at first hand. If Tradebox support have agreed to provide remote support and you already have the latest version of TeamViewer then simply pass the Tradebox agent your Teamviewer ID to start the session.

Remote support is at the discretion of the Tradebox support team and is generally used where the issue you are experiencing cannot be resolved over the phone or by email.
