The message system is accessible via the Business menu and opens the Messages screen containing all new and historic messages sent by Tradebox.

The top of the screen contains a list of messages in descending ID order, with the most recent message at the top of the screen. Selecting a message will display the contents in the lower part of the screen. This will show the message ID, the date the message was published and the message details. There may also be a link for further information if the message needs to be expanded upon in greater detail.

Message will have a type of either:

  • Routine
  • Important
  • Urgent

The type of message will fall into one of the following categories:

  • Upgrade
  • Notification
  • Request
  • Promotion

When Tradebox is opened it will automatically check for new messages. If new messages do exist then the Message link in the Business menu will turn red and the number of unread messages will appear in a bracket next to the work Messages.

Simply click on the link to open the Message screen. To mark a message a read, simply check the Read tick box and close the message screen.

The message system is there to keep Tradebox users abreast of any information we feel you need to know.
