Each fee summary posts to accounts only once - you can see in the fees grid within Tradebox whether a fee has (True) or has not (False) been previously posted. You may need to reset your fees to post a second time, for instance if they were posted with incorrect settings or if you have restored an earlier backup in your accounts package.
To reset eBay or PayPal fees
Go to Maintenance and click Reset Fee Postings under the Accounts Link heading. Choose your sales channel and then select the monthly period you wish to reset > OK. Repeat this process to reset more than one month.
To reset Amazon fees
To reset Amazon fees you'll need to know the settlement report ID of the period you wish to reset. You can find this either on Amazon, or in Tradebox via Reporting > Amazon Fees > Choose your sales channel. You'll see the Settlement ID in the first column, make a note of this. Then go to Maintenance and click Reset Fee Postings under the Accounts Link heading. Choose your sales channel and then key in or paste the settlement report ID > OK.
